The LifeStyle Xtra's
Multi-spherical Design

LifeStyle Xtra multifocals have a unique concentric spherical design available in four add powers: +1.00, +1.50, +2.00, and +2.50. Every time you place a new patient order for LifeStyle Xtra lenses, we start you off by sending a set of two 100% warranted Rx lenses, plus two troubleshooting lenses. Under the warranty, we’ll also give you additional lenses if you need them to achieve a successful fit. But that’s not all. For no additional charge, once you have used the set to successfully dispense a pair of lenses, we’ll give you two 3-packs of the Rx to finish the year on a quarterly replacement schedule. Everything’s included for one low price.

Fitting the LifeStyle Xtra

1. With every new patient order for the LifeStyle Xtra, you will receive a pair of LifeStyle Xtra lenses in your patient’s Rx, plus two troubleshooting lenses (with a higher add). Always start with the lower add pair provided to you.
2. To manage patient’s expectations, advise them any near problems will be corrected at the follow-up visit. You can demonstrate this by holding +0.50D trial lenses in front of the lenses.
3. At the follow-up visit, there’s a good chance you’ll find your patient well adapted and happily wearing the lenses you prescribed at the dispensing visit. However, if near vision is not satisfactory, keep the lower add in the distance eye and put the higher add lens from your set in the near eye. If near vision is still not satisfactory, put the higher add lens from your set in the distance eye as well. If additional lenses are needed, they can be ordered under the 90 day warranty.
4. Once you have successfully dispensed a pair of lenses to your patient, call us to request the patient’s two 3-packs. Please note, ordering your patient’s 3-packs completes the warranty.
